Pamela Beebe

Pamela Beebe is from Kainai Nation, married to Tito (Tohono O'odham and Chippewa Cree in USA) and they have 2 children, a son at Mount Royal University and a daughter graduating from grade 12. They currently reside in Calgary, AB. She has experience working at ISC from July 2022 to September 2023 as a Program Liaison Officer in FNIHB and is currently working as an Associate Evaluation Officer since April 2024. She has also previously worked with The City of Calgary, City of Lethbridge, Calgary Homeless Foundation and other non-profit organizations. 

She currently volunteers with the Alberta Anti-Racism Advisory Council and on the Calgary Community Advisory Board for Telus Storyhive. Pamela’s previous volunteer experiences also include being a board member of The Women's Centre of Calgary and Treaty 7 Urban Indian Housing Authority.  Pamela has a Bachelor's of Science degree from McGill University and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life West Chiropractic College. 

 She enjoys going for walks with their dog, Yogi. Other interests include travelling to pow-wows, reading mysteries, and story-telling. Along with her family, they have created several short films (including The Healing and The Love of Two). Most recently in 2022, was Blackfoot Skies, an adaptation of a Creation story, which can be viewed at Telus Spark Science Centre in Calgary.
