Executive Director
Full-Time | Remote
Reporting to the Board of Directors and working in close collaboration with the leadership team and the National Steering Committee, the Executive Director will provide organizational oversight and advance strategic goals developed in community. This includes ensuring the operational and financial health of the organization, sustaining and growing philanthropic partnerships, and continuing to build and steward strong internal and external relationships. The successful candidate will understand the responsibility of relational leadership and bring a commitment to care, accountability, and shared power. They will be a steady and inspiring presence who upholds Indigenous-led approaches to governance, advocacy, and climate action.
Campaign Manager
Full-Time | Remote | $68,000 - $80,000
Under the guidance of the Director of Communications and Engagement, and in close collaboration with the Inform + Connect pod and Leadership Team, the Campaign Manager will focus on developing and executing campaigns that align with ICA programming and uplift grassroots initiatives and opposition to extractive projects, harmful government policies, and other initiatives that support and build on ICA’s existing work.

Healing Justice Coordinator
Full-Time | Remote | $55,000 - $68,000
The Healing Justice (HJ) Coordinator will report to the Managing Director/Executive Manager, they will assess ICA’s past successes in developing internal HJ practices and programs, and develop key external HJ offerings in collaboration with Indigenous leaders and communities. The goals of the Healing Justice program in 2025 is to explore Indigenous HJ modalities while providing external HJ opportunities and relationship building for our communities and networks. This includes developing new strategic partners that can support ICA in delivering gatherings that draw on ancestral and traditional modalities of healing.
