ICA’s Toolkit program is here!

Indigenous Climate Action has been working hard on developing a Climate Leadership Program designed by and for Indigenous peoples, communities and Nations in so-called Canada. Using extensive online research, one-on-one interviews, and community engagement sessions across so-called Canada, we designed this program to focus on how Indigenous Peoples relate to climate change information and how climate change is impacting our communities and our rights.

This one-of-a-kind program will be offered as an online/distance training targeted toward 40 Indigenous leaders from across so-called Canada who wish to facilitate conversations about climate change with their community, Nation or organization. The sessions will be hosted over Zoom and will use a variety of online tools and apps to engage participants.
